Director of Operations
Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Clovercrest Baptist Church (4 days) & Pathway Community Centre (1 day)
Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Clovercrest Baptist Church (Clovie) is a large and growing contemporary, evangelical, multi-generational, and multi-site church in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We seek to be a
people of faith who experience God, create community, and reach beyond.
We are currently seeking a passionate and capable Director of Operations to join our Executive Team in this key leadership role.
The Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight and leadership across the business and operational functions of both Clovie and Pathway Community Centre, including:
- Strategic planning and organisational health
- Finance, budgeting, and reporting
- Property and asset management
- Human Resources and compliance
- Administration and project oversight
- Governance, policies, and risk management
- IT systems and data security
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A dynamic and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ
- A heart for the local church and alignment with Clovie’s vision and values
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong business, finance, and operational expertise
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in HR, compliance, and policy development
- Experience in a large church or multi-department organisation (preferred)
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, or Leadership (advantageous)

Social Worker
15 hours per week (over 3 days)
Location: Pathway Community Centre, Modbury North
Are you passionate about supporting people toward holistic wellbeing?
We have an opportunity for a Social Worker to join the Pathway team. This role is part-time and involves liaising directly with clients to establish their needs. The Social Worker will provide support and advocacy for clients, develop new services and workshops, and oversee crisis intervention when required.
In time, this role may provide formal case management for clients, so an applicant’s prior experience in case management will be taken into consideration. A university degree in social work is required for this appointment.
The position is 15 hours per week (over 3 days), and the Job Specification provides further information.
